I Cashed in the World Series of Poker!
Yep that's right! No time to write it up right now (but I have some good notes, don't worry a post is coming soon), but I wanted to clear up some of the inconsistencies and inaccuracies available online about my performance in WSOP Event #12, the $1500 Shorthanded No-Limit Holdem tournament. After the tournament started off as the fastest tournament in WSOP history, dropping from over 1400 runners down to 127 left in just over 7 hours of play, we then endured what the Tournament Director said was by far the longest bubble in WSOP history which took over 2.5 hours to lose the final person to bring us to the money positions in 126th place. It was beyond grueling. In the end, I busted in 107th place at around midnight last night, for a score of $2435. But it's not about the money as you all know.
I cashed in the World Series of Poker!!
I'll get a writeup up this weekend for sure at some point, possibly later tonight depending on how things go here. Time to head over to the Bellagio for breakfast with this guy and this guy. Where I will be chowing the fug down.
